Fully renovated in 2025, Domaine de la Moivre preserves the soul of a family home while offering a refined setting for your stays and receptions.
Large wooded grounds, a river at the bottom of the garden, a paved courtyard for the drinks reception, a space for a non-religious (humanist) ceremony, a 70 m² reception room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen… Just 10 minutes from Châlons-en-Champagne and 45 minutes from Reims and Épernay, the estate invites you to discover an authentic Champagne, between nature, heritage and art de vivre.

A 70 m² reception room with fireplace, sound system and video projector. A fully equipped kitchen, available to you or your caterer. Garden, terrace, dance floor, a space for a non-religious (humanist) ceremony and a swimming pool in season make an ideal setting to celebrate your finest occasions. Furniture and tableware are available as optional extras, on quotation. You are free to use the suppliers of your choice: none are imposed.

Freely choose the suppliers who will bring your event to life. None are imposed: caterer, photographer, DJ, florist, decorator… You are free to create a reception that feels like you. If you wish, Peggy and Lorenzo can also advise you, recommend trusted partners and take care of some of the preparations, to support you in organising a unique, personalised event. The fully equipped kitchen is made available to your caterer.
On hand throughout the planning, Peggy and Lorenzo advise you with discretion and availability so that every detail meets your expectations. Domaine de la Moivre is reserved entirely for you on an exclusive hire basis, giving you the privilege of enjoying the day with complete peace of mind, surrounded by your loved ones.

Visit the help centreThere is no fixed price: the quote is tailored to the date, the duration, the number of guests and the options chosen (furniture, tableware, equipment). Payment terms: a deposit of 40% on signing the quote, then the balance due 1 month before the event.
Yes, entirely. Only one event per day: the reception room, the grounds, the swimming pool, the bedrooms, everything is yours. You are at home, with no other clients on site.
Yes, with complete freedom. You are free to choose your caterer and your suppliers. The fully equipped kitchen is made available to them. For small receptions of up to 20 guests, Domaine de la Moivre can also offer home-made catering, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. You are therefore free to organise your event as you wish, with the level of support that suits you.
As an option, on request. We offer tables for seated meals, high tables for drinks receptions and additional chairs, as well as tableware hire at attractive rates. Everything is priced in your quote according to your needs.
The reception room is equipped with a sound system, lighting effects and a video projector, all included in the hire. For drinks, you can bring your own or choose to pay for what is consumed on site.
The reception can go on until 3 am. At the end of the evening, your guests retire to the comfort of their room, right here on the estate.
Yes. Domaine de la Moivre has several spaces that can be arranged for your non-religious (humanist) ceremony, in the courtyard or by the river. The estate's green surroundings make a natural, elegant backdrop that you can personalise as you wish.
Yes. Countryside seminar, launch party, team building, company anniversary, christening, birthday: the estate lends itself to every private and professional set-up, whether standing reception, cocktail party, buffet, dinner or aperitif.
The reception room and the shared toilets are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The bedrooms, however, are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact us before your visit so that we can advise and assist you as best we can.
Yes. The choice of wedding cake is entirely yours. You are free to use the professional of your choice, at no extra charge.
